Spending Christmas at this cozy hotel was a delight. The breakfast was mouth-watering and diverse, offering a variety of options. Its location in the heart of the park meant we were close to all the attractions, making it easy to explore. The friendly staff took great care of us, making holiday recommendations and always being available to help.
The confusing parking and arrival instructions, which made it difficult to find the hotel. there was no hotel booklet in the room, which would have been helpful.

The hotel was conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the local sights. the staff were polite and helpful, always going out of their way to make our stay comfortable. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the delicious food, which had plenty of choices and was complemented by the amazing ice cream. we loved the fact that the hotel offered free parking and had a well-equipped wellness center.
One of the worst aspects was the lack of variety in breakfast options, as they only offered a fixed menu instead of a buffet. We also found it frustrating to have to wait long periods of time for our breakfast to be served, which took away from the overall experience.

Located in the heart of a pedestrian street, surrounded by shops and restaurants, this renovated hotel offers a pleasant stay. the spacious rooms are bright, with great ventilation, lighting, and comfortable bedding. the breakfast, included in the room rate, is delicious, generous, and freshly cooked to order. the friendly staff provides excellent service and is always available to answer any questions. Plus, the wellness center is a fantastic experience, with private use, for a full hour, and a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
Some of the spa facilities were out of order, which detracted from the overall wellness experience.

The accommodation at Vila Emilia exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the promenade, with private parking available. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and we ended up having dinner at the hotel as well because the food was so good. The room was spotlessly clean and the towels were changed daily.
The lack of an elevator made it difficult to climb up to the 2nd floor, especially with a two-year-old child. Additionally, the arrival and parking instructions were not provided, which caused confusion when trying to find the hotel and parking area.
